bigHead® – The Original Bonding Fastener

More than 40 years ago, engineers created a fastener with a perforated head that is welded to a variety of studs, nuts, collars, pins and other fixings which makes it ideal for locking the product into position using a structural adhesive. The challenge was to design a fastener capable of fastening in composite material with the same strength and efficiency of traditional fasteners. The engineers answered that challenge – and thus bigHead® fasteners were created. 

In addition to being able to weld to a variety of fixings, bigHead® products are also strong, versatile and, most importantly, cost effective.
